One of her main inspiration sources are her
over 100 trips and expeditions to the most extreme parts of the world, living with and observing still authentic tribes, learning from researchers like
Jane Goodall about wildlife and exploring still active volcanoes in remote parts on our beautiful planet.
Another source that’s shaped her work comes from competitive acrobatics, which she practiced from ages 5 to 20. Michaela, in fact, was a member of an acrobatics team that won the prestigious German Championships five times the tenacity, precision, excellence, consistency, and team spirit she learned as an athlete still inspires her work today.
